We use only specially selected lean beef, including the steak cut for our seasoned meat. Cooked to perfection and spiced with a flavorful secret array of herbs and
spices for the most appealing south of the border taste you'll find anywhere.

Pinto Beans
Each Taco Casa kitchen has their own bean expert who hand selects only the finest beans. After selection, the beans are soaked overnight and then open cooked 'til
tender. Again, we add a special blend of seasonings to enhance the flavor. We use this bean for our combination burritos, tostados, and frijoles.
